xMAP Sheath Fluid Plus is the delivery medium that carries the sample to the optics component of Luminex xMAP technology-based instruments. It is needed to operate all Luminex 200 and FLEXMAP 3D systems.

This reformulated sheath product replaces the original xMAP Sheath Fluid (Cat. No. 4050015). The new sheath formulation is updated from a single preservative to a mixture of three preservatives to allow for greater transit stability and to reduce the likelihood of future acquired microbial resistance.
